DANCE TIME

I decided to tape the girls dancing to Just Dance. I unfortunately came late in the session , so Meredith was super tired. HAHA. Here is the result.

BATHTIME FUN

Dave is usually in charge for bathtime (which I appreciate more than he'll ever really know) and the kids have so much fun. I can usually hear them screaming/splashing with excitement no matter where I am in the house. Tonight was no exception. I snuck up to get a picture of the new crib tent and had to capture a quick picture of them in the bath...I'm biased...but they are perfect! I can't wait to see how #3 is going to change our family again...blessed doesn't even begin to describe how I'm feeling tonight...

The TENT

Sunday night Lyla did the unthinkable...she climbed (aka fell) out of her crib. Thank God she wasn't hurt...but it forced Dave and I to think fast. Since I had to work all day Monday - Dave was put in charge and found this crib tent. After a little tape to rig it up, it seems to be working. At least it will buy us a little time...let's just say mama isn't ready for her baby to be in a big girl bed yet! sob...I figured I would have 4-5 more months...guess I need to start figuring things out!

catch up

Here is a quick update via photos for February (up to this point).
I have been trying to figure out the ins and outs of my camera lens. This results in me taking millions of terribly poor photos, and then a few great ones :) The girls are getting tired of being my model. Oh well!

We did have fun cooking up some appetizers for the Superbowl. Obviously, not nearly as exciting b/c the Steelers weren't playing. That didn't stop the wearing of the Pittsburgh jersey, though! Matt was awfully quiet... can you imagine?
Meredith has lost another tooth! She is looking pretty cute without anything blocking her tongue on the bottom . HAHA.

Due to the warm (not really) weather, the girls got to try out their new bikes! They did a great job (with some falls, which I had to chuckle.


Jill came for a visit to do some exam on Meredith (being that she is a preschooler). I put her to work to help the girls color their new cardboard home from Nanny Karen.

New Haircut - Looking Sharp for the Vday Party

Grandma Nikki came over on Sunday to give Edwin a haircut...he asked for her to cut it short enough for him to use gel like his daddy...end result - CUTE, CUTE, CUTE!!! and just in time for his Valentine's Party at school...

Edwin had all eyes on him this morning when I dropped him off at school. Today was his Valentine's party and he was so excited that he woke up an hour early with excitement! On the way to school we stopped at the grocery and I let Edwin pick out a rose for each of his teachers...he picked 2 red roses and told the cashier all about them. They were buy one get one so for $2 he made quite the Valentine's Day impact!!!!
