You may remember that Edwin received this awesome bike from AJ (Aunt Jessica) for Christmas. Well, after months of waiting, Dave finally dug it out of the basement and I finally carried outside for Edwin to enjoy today. All of the other kids on our street have bikes and Edwin is constantly asking to ride on theirs...so it was a BIG DAY for Edwin! He was finally the coolest kid on the block. Everyone wanted HIS bike...he was one proud little man! Although his feet still don't reach the pedals (on the bike's highest seat setting)...he can scoot with the best of them! And that seems to be good enough for him.
When Dave wins money, he typically gives the winnings to me...but in this case, Edwin was the LUCKY boy! Dave won $40 for finishing 11th place in the NCAA Pool at work and bought Edwin a new bike helmet with the winnings. Now we have no excuse...the
Burley can be hooked up to Dave's bike...and Edwin can be safe on his big boy bike. Grandpa Randy will be proud!!!
