WEEK IN REVIEW

I actually remembered to use my camera this week so you guys get a post! This week Meredith came home with a familiar spider hat from preschool. It is so nice to be able to compare her experience with Madeline , because they both had the same teacher. One of Meredith's favorite classmates is Lucia. She talks about her every day. This week was Donuts with Dad on Tuesday and Muffins with Mom on Thursday. We just had to meet the infamous "Lucia". For as excited as they both are to see each other , they hardly had anything to say to each other. Really strange dynamics going on ... we have decided to turn ourselves into a fly on the wall to watch these 2 at school. HA. Even Nanny Karen is getting into the creative Fall mode. :) She had the girls decorate a pumpkin even added hair and bows. Madeline and Meredith were so proud of them. Obviously, these have become our centerpieces at the table.

Saturday was our annual trip to Whitehouse Fruit Farm with Papa and Deb. Super weather to be picking out our pumpkins. We headed directly indoors to get our produce and DOUGHNUTS (of course)! We didn't even stand in line for the donuts b/c they had a display of them right at the entrance. YES! The girls had a fun time selecting just the right pumpkin. Meredith's was a smaller , thin and tall one. Very unique . Madeline wanted a big rounder and tall one. I can't wait to carve them :)

After our trip to Whitehouse we had lunch with them at Bob Evans. Oh, but the day doesn't end there! We had church that evening and planned a sleepover with Grandma! The girls were so excited. They even behaved better than ever in church. Matt and I had an adult dinner and shopping. (It was supposed to be with our neighbors, but they had a sick kid.) I even slept double digits last night. WOW!

Does anyone else have someone screaming in their basements? I do , right now, ... Matt is watching "the game". :)
