Cincinnati, a college football town

Walking along 4th Street just after 5pm this evening, and what do I see as I pass downtown Cincinnati institution Koch Sporting Goods? The giant-sized mannequin by the entrance usually dressed head-to-toe in authentic Bengals gear (or Reds gear in the summer) is in its normal location on the sidewalk by the entrance.  

But the orange and black uni is no where to be found.  In its place: a full Bearcat uniform.  Thanks, Brian Kelly.  Please don't go to Tennessee.
